SUPERGOLF WEBSITE - TERMS OF USE

These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to the Supergolf website located at www.supergolf.net as well as Supergolf sites around the world (collectively, Supergolf). The Site is the property of Supergolf Ltd (“Supergolf”). BY USING SUPERGOLF, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE SUPERGOLF.

Supergolf reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions, contents and prices at the site and of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. If you comply with these Terms of Use, Supergolf grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the site.

Account, password and security

Most features or services offered on or through Supergolf site require you to register a Supergolf account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you hold for your account, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account as a result of your failing to keep this information secure and confidential. You agree to notify Supergolf immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security. You may be held liable for losses incurred by Supergolf or any other user of or visitor to the site due to someone else using your Supergolf ID, password or account as a result of your failing to keep your account information secure and confidential.

You may not use anyone else’s Supergolf ID, password or account at any time without the express permission and consent of the holder of that Supergolf ID, password or account. Supergolf cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
For registering you need a valid email address. It will work as your username.

Supergolf green fees

A Supergolf green fee ("green fee") means a daily green fee that golfers, who have registered for Supergolf and paid a yearly membership fee, can book for themselves and all other Supergolf members. Green fees are booked via Supergolf by choosing a specific golf course and picking a date. Payment is always made via Supergolf. You can use the booked green fee during the day, meaning that any available tee time can be chosen. Also, on most of the co-operation golf courses ("Supergolf courses") you can play more than one round during the same day, with the same green fee. Possible restrictions can be found in each Supergolf course's reservation calendar.

One green fee can only be used by one person per day.

Only golfers that register to Supergolf and pay the yearly membership fee can book Supergolf green fees. Supergolf membership is valid and operates according to the calendar year.

Besides a Supergolf membership, you need to be a member of a golf club in order to book Supergolf green fees. Players of all handicaps are welcome to book Supergolf green fees. Supergolf courses determine all/any combined group handicap related demands and all individual handicap restrictions are informed in each Supergolf course's reservation calendar.

Supergolf green fees are not personal i.e. the reservation maker can book a green fee for anyone with an active Supergolf membership.

Supergolf offers a chance to book green fees to all Supergolf courses but is in no way liable for informing about any possible events that limit or prevent playing at the golf course during the booked day, such as for example maintenance work or competitions. Players are responsible for finding that information out from the golf course.

Supergolf green fees (packages and single green fees) are valid until the end of each calendar year. Green fees can't be used, transferred to next year or compensated in any way after their expiration date.

Cancelling reservations

The player is responsible for cancelling unwanted bookings via their own Supergolf account. Reservations can be cancelled via the Supergolf service free of charge latest at 23:59 the evening before the game day. On the game day itself between 00:00 - 12:00, cancellation is possible by paying a cancellation fee of 15 € per reservation. After 12 PM, cancellation can't be made but the player can still be changed until checking in at the golf course.

Players are also responsible for cancelling their tee times directly from the golf course. If the player doesn't cancel their tee time, the golf course is entitled to charge the player for a "no-show".

Cancelling a single Supergolf green fee, the original price (paid for the green fee during the booking) is added to the player's Supergolf account as a "bonus". Bonuses can be used during Supergolf purchases and are valid for a period of 24 months.

If the booking was made from a green fee package, the amount of cancelled green fees are returned to the reservation maker during cancellation. Returned green fees can be used on any Supergolf course during the season.

Exceptions and limitations

Using a green fee package, you can make bookings every day with the following condition; You can make bookings on a specific golf course for three (3) days at a time. The number of daily bookings during those three days is only limited by the number of available green fees on that golf course. For example, if Player A has made bookings on Golf Course 1 for Day 1, Day 2 and Day 3, the next booking on Golf course 1 can be made after Day 1 is over. You can play daily by choosing different golf courses in Supergolf.

One player can have a booking on one golf course during each day

If a golf course is closed for any reason (competition, weather conditions, Force Majeure etc.), the booked green fees can be returned to the player. In such case, the player must immediately contact Supergolf customer service for the cancellation and refund

Supergolf isn't liable for any inconvenience caused by possible service breaks or technical malfunction. Supergolf service is developed constantly, but any discomfort or service interruptions are kept to minimum for the best possible user experience

Injuries and other medical issues

If a player is injured or is otherwise unable to use their green fees during rest of the season, all remaining green fees can be transferred free of charge to another player's Supergolf account.

Unused green fees are not refunded in any way

Expiry date of green fees can't be extended to next season

Use of Sports Vouchers in Supergolf (available only in Finland)

Sports Vouchers are personal and can be used when paying for green fee packages, single green fees / twilight green fees (for yourself only) and your Supergolf membership. Services for other players can't be paid for with Sports Vouchers

Sports Vouchers can be used by following these instructions. Player receives a confirmations email once the value of the Sports vouchers has been added to their Supergolf account. The value can be used during the next 12 months

Expiry date of Sport vouchers can't be extended and the value is not returned to customer in any case

Supergolf Bonus

Members are rewarded for successfully recommending Supergolf service with a 10 € bonus. The bonus is automatically added to the referrer's Supergolf account after the new member has entered the referrer's name/Supergolf membership number AND paid their Supergolf membership fee.

Bonuses are valid for two years and can be used while making Supergolf purchases.

PRIVACY POLICY

This website privacy policy describes how we use and process the information we collect about you when you visit our website. By using our website, you accept this privacy policy. We reserve the right to update and modify this privacy policy.

We respect the privacy of visitors to our website http://supergolf.net. We process any information you submit on this website confidentially and per the Finnish Personal Data Act (523/1999). Becoming a Supergolf member, making purchases, booking Supergolf green fees and other similar activities on our website require that you register in Supergolf. During registration, customer must enter their name, valid email address, phone number, birth date and address. Golfers are also asked to enter their home club and handicap.

How do we use your information?

We use the information you've given in the following ways:

To create you a personal Supergolf account
To present the content of our website in a manner ideal for your purposes
To process your orders and bookings
To contact you if there are any problems regarding your order(s) and/or booking(s)
To inform you of latest changes or membership benefits in the service
To monitor the use of our website and to improve the site functionality and the user experience
To monitor the efficiency of our sales promotion and marketing campaigns
To advertise and offer our services to you as allowed by law
To improve customer communications and to recognize potential customers

Who has access to your information?

We do not disclose your personal information to parties outside Supergolf or its subsidiaries. Any information we collect is used only in ways that are explained in this privacy policy. Only our employees who need the information to complete their work tasks have the right to use the information. Your information is not disclosed to other organizations for commercial purposes.

All information is stored on servers of our service provider(s). Access to this information is available only for Supergolf and certain service provider employees.

Supergolf Ltd avoids all responsibility if customer information ends up to other parties in case of breach by hacking etc. that Supergolf personnel is not responsible for. Customer is responsible of keeping their credentials safe/hidden from other parties and agrees on changing their credentials in case current credentials might have been compromised.

How can you influence your privacy?

You have the right to review what personal information we store about you, make changes to the information and if you wish, request the removal of the information. You also have the right to prohibit the use of your information for direct marketing.

Payments

All payments in Supergolf.net are processed via an authorized payment service provider. Payments are completed in the service provider’s website, secured by an SSL-protection. Payment service provider in Supergolf is Paytrail.
